T&B Fabrications Shipping Policy

At T&B Fabrications, every piece we create is crafted with care and attention to detail. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.


 

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All in-stock or standard items are shipped within 7 business days after your order is received.

  • Custom Orders: Because custom pieces require additional time for design, crafting, and finishing, please allow up to 20 business days before shipment.

If we experience any delays beyond these timeframes, you will be notified immediately by email with an updated shipping estimate.

 


 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package’s progress. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier scans your shipment.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  •  Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

T&B Fabrications is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

 


 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package reaches their country.

 


 

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us right away at customerservice@tandbfabrications.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or items. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or solution as soon as possible.

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. T&B Fabrications cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes can only be made before your order has shipped.
