T&B Fabrications Refund & Return Policy

At T&B Fabrications, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • It must also be returned in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete your return.

Please note that custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, as these pieces are made specifically for you.

 

 


Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
     - Email us at customerservice@tandbfabrications.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions.

  2. Ship the Item Back:
     - Once approved, please package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Inspection & Refund:
     - When we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
 If you need to exchange an eligible item, contact us at [your contact email] and we’ll assist you with the next steps.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or clearance items
